I am a licensed realtor with over 30 years of experience helping clients manage multi-family real estate investments of all sizes—from charming two-unit Victorians to large apartment communities with several hundred units. My work has encompassed every stage of ownership, from acquisition and repositioning to ongoing management and eventual disposition, always with a focus on maximizing value and minimizing risk for my clients.
 
In addition to managing investment properties, I have worked extensively with senior executives relocating for high-profile positions, guiding them into rental homes that match both their professional needs and personal aspirations. I understand the demands of executive relocations and take pride in handling every detail discreetly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless transition for individuals and their families.
 
Over the years, I have also been entrusted as executor for several estates comprised primarily of real estate assets. In these roles, I’ve overseen not only the sale of properties but also their active management in the interim—preserving and enhancing their value to honor the wishes of the estate and deliver optimal outcomes for beneficiaries.
